INTUITION.

Human beings have so many skills that are not yet fully known and explored but can be developed, one of which is intuition. It is to acquire information and suggestions instantaneously that guide us in our lives, we are used to studying a certain topic to learning a certain technique before using it, intuition is like an instantaneous download, it is a ready-to-use information, while instinct is something closely related to the unconscious therefore to experiences and information acquired in the past, intuition is something directly related to God, the source of everything and the collective unconscious. Intuition can manifest in various ways: visions, sentences or words heard and/or physical sensations. My advice is very simple when instinct and intuition communicate something to you always follow it, don't do it on your own, rely on it and have faith, there is always something higher guiding us, wanting our good and showing us the best way when we need it. To make sure that we receive an insight and that it is not something from our own mind, first of all we must have purified our mind and heart as much as possible, think and act only for the collective good and not for selfish purposes, we should preferably be in a state of mental and physical relaxation where our brain waves are at the alpha or theta level. Another way to receive safe insights is the so-called over-thinking state, when we do something without thinking too much about it, when we walk without a predetermined half and are relaxed, in this state we can receive clear insights as insight is something superior to thought and transcends the mind.

We must be centered in ourselves, know what we want, align thought feeling and will, the more relaxed your body and mind are the more easily you will receive insights, intuition is the best possible guide for our life and art. Desires, emotions and the human mind, are like crazed animals wandering from side to side creating havoc, intuition is royal, regal and divine, it brings calm and confidence about acting. Gratitude and generosity open the door to intuition.

There are times in life where we are at a crossroads, we don't know what to do, we don't know where to go, from my point of view we have an infinity of possible futures if we have come to a crossroads it is because we previously went astray and the crossroads is where we can correct our direction, to take the right path we need calm, tranquility and divine connection, detach ourselves as much as possible of desires and attachments, the freer and lighter we will be the easier it will be to find the right path. Sometimes we worry too much about a decision to be made, my advice is study all the future possibilities you can see, choose the one that with your heart you think is the best and then entrust everything into God's hands, and you will see that at the right time as if by magic everything will go in the right direction.

Intuition is directly related to divine will, the intuition we receive as an information and something from above from something higher that is giving us a direction for our good or for a higher collective good in almost all spiritual mystical traditions we talk about the will of God. If we work in union with the divine will all things are possible in that it is God who wants us to achieve that result, God always wants only the best for his children, it is we who transgress the laws and go off the straight path that the Lord had already laid out for us, made up solely of good, love and blessings.

The more we listen to the insights the more we will receive the more we will walk on the straight and narrow path the further and farther we will go, let us try to do as much cleansing inside and outside of us, eliminate what we do not need, eliminate what we perceive to be false desires, useless things and external conditioning.

Whenever we want to perform an action it would be right to meditate and pray and ask God firstly if that is the right thing to do and secondly if he will help us to carry it out, he is always there ready to help us so it is up to us to ask for his help and blessings and always thank him in advance, during and at the end. We don't really know what is best for us but he does, so the best thing we can do in our lives is to trust and become co-creators with God. The more we eliminate the ego the more selfless, good and generous we will become the more the connection and insights will be strong and clear, otherwise we cannot be sure that it is a divine message or signal but it could also be negative thoughts and emotions disguised as "angels and good advice" leading us astray, we have to be sure that we are in full control of our emotions, feelings , thoughts and will, only by doing so, we will be sure that we are not acting out of pure selfishness or false self.

We must understand that in every situation we put ourselves voluntarily or "unintentionally," it is not God's fault, it is not the fault of others, we have always had the opportunity to correct the direction of our life in advance, but we let the situation degenerate, we must take responsibility for what happens every time, this is a sign of maturity, otherwise we will just be capricious overgrown children. If we try hard enough and are on the right path everything will come in abundance and good fortune. In intuition we cannot rely on emotions as, although they should be experienced, they are something transient linked to some stimulus related to the outside world, while intuitions must be free from desire and instead lean on good will and pure and elevated feelings such as love, emotions can be selfish, pure and elevated feelings never are.

In order to receive insights it is essential to devote time to meditation and prayer, isolating ourselves from the outside world and eliminating at least for a few hours all the masks and false identities we show to others, God loves purity, truth and sincerity, if we have stripped ourselves of any superficial appearances and are ourselves , we will receive the guidance we need. Every day take time to meditate to pray and have sincere communication with God not asking for what you want but asking for what is right for you at that precise moment. May the divine will be done to bring love, harmony, balance, truth and justice on earth.

Always be careful what you ask for because you may get it, if we persist in asking for something that on the surface may be good for us but in truth is wrong and would hurt us, we may risk getting it to learn a lesson, it is up to us to understand what is right to ask and what is not.

Often and often the best thing is to consider ourselves as an outside observer of our lives and events, without judgment, this also applies to artistic creation, remember God loves the doer not the criticizer.

'Intuition must reach the heart, it must move the feelings and activate the will, if intuition rests on elevated feelings we will go in the right direction, meet the right people, create the right things, all this will lead us to work in accordance with the law of attraction. True intuition is a way of being, true intuition happens the moment we live life in a spiritual way, the moment we are connected to God. To access intuition we need to let go of "knowledge," judgments and prejudices, make as much space as possible so that any information coming to us from the divine plane is perfect and without background noise, intuition is like lightning that illuminates our mind and heart, but it must find a clean and transparent consciousness. Intuition is for helping us and others it is not for criticizing or judging, always remember that it is more important what comes out of your mouth than what goes into it, always find ways to correct your life and the lives of others out of love and with kindness never make someone deviate from the right path out of pure selfishness or to cause suffering. Learn to speak only when necessary if you have something good and beautiful to say for the ears of the listener, otherwise it is better to keep silent. You must speak and argue only from direct experience and never from hearsay.

Often and willingly we can exchange intuition for projections from our "knowledge" , a particular book, movie or experience we have had before. To be sure that it is intuition we must reset as much as possible, all previously acquired information and make room through relaxation, meditation, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, we can eliminate as much as possible these interferences by being a channel of love for God, nurtured by actions, readings, music and movies with high vibrations, horror movies, music with negative messages, unscrupulous use of alcohol and drugs negatively affects intuition, if you decide to use "gurus, psychics and spiritual guides" make sure of their correct lifestyle.

Through self-hypnosis, hypnosis and meditation you can convey to your subconscious mind the idea of following intuition and making your life easier, sometimes inside us we have the wrong programming related to work, money, relationships, health and spirituality, this can happen because of painful personal experiences or because of information we have acquired from people who have suffered and erred and shared their experience, here two things should be analyzed: first, those people's experience is solely related to their karma; second, if those people had been open and centered they could have observed and found the best way to avoid that situation and re-enter the flow of dharma/right path, now it is up to you to take responsibility for your life and destiny, eliminate negative beliefs and acquire positive role models to follow for your personal success. Think that any area of your life should be healthy and prosperous.

Stop thinking about the judgment of others, this will inevitably lower your vibrations and slow down your success, everyone is where they are by karma and dharma, if others are not willing to work as hard as you to succeed and do good it is okay for them to be where they are, nothing is given to us if we don't work hard and do good. Envy, anger and gossip are the result of the personal frustrations of those who are not committed and do not achieve their goals, those who are committed do not have time to observe and judge the achievements and mistakes of others, they only have time to rejoice in life and to be with their fellow human beings and help, educate and patronize people whose talents they see.

You should get away from any situation, place, person that causes you discomfort, pain, fear or anger. You should always find yourself with people and in places that allow you and your talents to flourish, by doing so your unconscious will allow you to take the right direction. Detach yourself as much as possible from everything, be an impartial neutral judge of your life, be an outside observer, and you will see that everything will begin to work itself out.
